Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. P&P costs to the UK vary between £1.99 and £6.99, we offer a flat rate of £6.99 You will be given the cost of P&P before you have to complete your online order form.

We use 1st Class post (Royal Mail) for most deliveries. Under normal market conditions, delivery takes about 2 - 10 working days - most of our parcels are received within 2 - 3 working days. Heavier items may be sent using Royal Mail Tracked or DHL @ Home 24 or 48.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES (Not Incuding Africa)

Depending on location we send your order by Airmail. This is normally either Airsure or International Signed For Delivery which are Royal Mail services. For details on this service, please visit www.royalmail.com. Airmail may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

We do not accept responsibilty for loss or damage to international packages. However, we will endeavour to track it and offer compensation based on what we can claim through your chosen delivery service. This can take a number of weeks, even months to settle. This offer is on a good will basis only and not guaranteed. Airsure provide an easier tracking service and tends to be faster to resolve.

We cannot accept responsibility for breakages of glass items on overseas deliveries. Please contact us for help in selecting products that do not come packaged in glass - as they are both lighter and safer to ship long distances.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We aim to ship out all in-stock items within 24 hours. Orders placed between Friday Afternoon and Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. All orders placed over public holidays will be shipped out on the next available working day.

If you supply a valid email address at point-of-sale, we will email you with a tracking code to allow you to confirm that the order has been dispatched.

UK Orders - if your order isn't with you by 2 weeks & 1 day AFTER it's been dispatched please email us.

International Orders - if your order isn't with you by 4 weeks AFTER it's been dispatched please email us.

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock or not due in stock within 5 working days of receiving your order , we will back order for you. You will be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES

VAT (EU Sales Tax) is payable on UK orders you will be charged at the UK rate of 15%.

DUTY PAYABLE ON NONE UK/EU BOUND ORDERS

Except for the above case, all orders are sent tax exempt. Please note you may be required to pay your own local taxes upon import to your own country.

TAX EXEMPTIONS

If you live in the UK and have special exemption rights from VAT (for example, residents of the Channel Islands) VAT will not be added to your order, but your order must be shipping to the channel islands.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you cancel an order and wish to return it please send us an email to returns@legalsmoking.co.uk or write to us and return the goods in an unused condition. Please be aware that you must use a recognised postal/courier service where a proof of signature is required. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
